My Role
As the web developer for this project, I was responsible for bringing Nagaff’s digital vision to life. I started by conducting a detailed analysis of the project goals and conducting market research to identify ways for Nagaff to stand out in the competitive logistics industry. Working closely with stakeholders, I designed userflows and wireframes that mapped the customer journey and ensured an intuitive experience. I then developed a fully functional and responsive website, optimizing its performance to ensure fast load times and compatibility across devices. Throughout the process, I ran thorough testing, iterating based on user feedback to fine-tune the final product.
Results
The new website delivered significant improvements in page loading times and overall performance, resulting in a much smoother user experience.
